Founded and run by dealership operators

AI for the people
who run automotive retail.

AI Assist builds intelligent technology that enhances human capability. Every product the company ships keeps the human at the helm, not just in the loop. The system advises. The person decides.

AiF&I · Offense The AiF&I working dashboard: PVR trend, active deal queue, and the Deal Architect agent.
Argus 360 · Defense An Argus 360 report card: a graded, sourced account of what the store said and did.
01The idea

Serious AI, placed behind the people already doing the work.

A dealership is not a website. It is a sales floor, a service lane, a phone bank, and an F&I office, all run by people working under real pressure. Most AI pitches land in that world with the wrong instinct: cut the people, or wait the technology out. Both misread how the work actually gets done.

AI Assist exists to build the third path. AiF&I works as a pit crew for the F&I professional rather than a kiosk that replaces one. Argus 360 puts evidence in front of a dealer principal and lets the principal decide what to do with it. The technology does the heavy lifting, and the person steers.

The pit crew does not replace the driver. It makes the driver faster.

Across the portfolio, that is the whole idea
02The four principles

The design constraint every product starts from.

01

Human at the helm

A person makes the final call in every product we ship. The tools exist to make that call easier to get right.

02

Amplify, don't replace

We measure success by what our users accomplish, not by what they no longer do. The pit crew makes the driver faster. It does not take the wheel.

03

Elevate always

Every release should leave its user more capable, more confident, and prouder of the work. If a feature diminishes the person, it does not ship.

04

Prove it

Claims carry evidence. Numbers carry sources. The habit runs through the family, from the pitch deck to the report card.

03The portfolio

Offense inside the store.
Defense outside it.

AiF&I and Argus 360 are sibling products under AI Assist, Inc. Each leads in its own market with its own name, accent, and voice. The parent stands behind both with one shared foundation and one thesis about people and AI.

04Why automotive retail, and why now

Real money on one side.
Real enforcement on the other.

The F&I office earns a large share of dealership profit, and regulators are now examining how that money is made. AiF&I helps professionals earn it well. Argus 360 helps principals prove it was earned honestly.
